PART 2 Function Description
1. Unwinding
Unwinding method: Shaftless hydraulic lifting type unwinding frame, single side cylinder clamping, equipped with a 3-inch/6-inch mechanical chuck, hydraulic adjustment of the unwinding width.
Unwinding correction: This machine adopts an imported analog quantity correction system to track material edges or printing lines.
Unwinding drive: The servo motor is independently driven, and the arc tooth synchronous pulley transmits torque. Arc toothed synchronous belt pulley transmission has low noise, high transmission torque, and low power loss.
Rotation direction: The unwinding station can be used as a unwinding station, and during equipment operation, the unwinding direction can be controlled with one click. The direction of positive and negative discharge can be changed arbitrarily according to the needs of the product.
Unwinding tension detection: The pressure sensor detects the tension and is automatically calculated and controlled by the PLC based on the set value.
Unwinding pressure roller: Pneumatic contact pressure roller, with a reducer controlling the position of the pressure roller arm. The contact pressure is set by an electric proportional valve, and the length of the pressure roller is selected according to customer requirements.
Deviation adjustment device: There is an eccentric deviation adjustment device installed on the pressure roller arm, which can be adjusted on both sides to maximize the parallelism of the material with the guide roller and reduce material wrinkles.
Roll diameter calculation: Roll diameter detection during unwinding is a direct acquisition of servo encoder pulses for direct conversion, with residual alarm function.
2. Traction device
Traction drive: The traction roller is independently driven by a servo motor, and the arc toothed synchronous pulley transmits torque.
Traction roller: The traction roller has undergone dynamic and static balance correction, and the surface of the drum is polished with a mirror surface to ensure stable operation and no vibration sources. It is suitable for a wider range of materials and high-speed applications.
Traction pressure roller: The traction pressure roller uses rubber roller as the material and undergoes dynamic and static balance correction. The lifting and lowering of the traction pressure roller adopts pneumatic control, and the pressure is adjustable to ensure a rigid and flexible combination of the traction roller and the traction pressure roller, ensuring a close fit with the material and more stable tension control for winding and unwinding.
Rotation direction: During the operation of the equipment, it can rotate in both forward and reverse directions, and the entire machine can switch the rotation direction with one click.
Meter counting: The pulse signal of the servo built-in encoder is directly converted, accurately measuring the length of the material, with the advantages of high accuracy and resolution. Considering the production process requirements, the program design has functions such as cumulative meter counting and automatic shutdown upon arrival.
3. Detection device
Observation light box: This machine is equipped with an LED light perspective observation platform, with positive light observation and backlight perspective.
4. Winding device
Winding method: Shaftless hydraulic lifting type winding frame, single side cylinder clamping, equipped with 3-inch and 6-inch mechanical chucks. Adjust the discharge width of the rack.
Reeling drive: Servo motor independently drives, and arc tooth synchronous pulley transmits torque.
Rotation direction: The winding station can be used as a unwinding station, and the direction of winding can be changed according to the needs of the product.
Winding tension detection: The pressure sensor detects the tension and is automatically calculated and controlled by the PLC based on the set value.
Reeling pressure roller: Pneumatic contact pressure roller, with a reducer controlling the position of the pressure roller arm, and the contact pressure set by a precision valve. Select the length of the pressure roller according to the customer's choice.
Roll diameter calculation: Roll diameter detection is a direct acquisition of servo encoder pulses for direct conversion, with residual alarm function. The alarm roll diameter can be set arbitrarily according to the actual situation.
5. Electrical and pneumatic devices
Drive: This machine adopts a high-performance servo motor drive system, which has high accuracy, stable operation, and convenient installation.
Control: The host is controlled by French Schneider PLC program, and the human-machine interface sets operating parameters and monitors the operating status
Interface: This machine interface has parameter storage function, which can save various set parameters for the operator to directly read and use, reducing setting time and improving efficiency.
Circuit layout: All circuits and air circuits of this machine are arranged in a closed manner to reduce faults caused by human factors.
Pneumatic components: This machine has a lot of automation control in terms of functions, so the selection and design of pneumatic components are considered comprehensively. The electrical components of the entire machine are all from well-known domestic and foreign brands.
6. Others
This machine adopts high-strength, low-stress steel wall panels, with a thickness of 50MM. The wall panels have undergone secondary stress relief and have good stability. The high-speed rotating parts of this machine all use Japanese NSK or NTN bearings. All mechanical components of this machine are processed by machining centers and CNC machine tools.
All transmission parts of this machine are designed with built-in or equipped with protective cover devices.
