3、 Main Structure Description
The entire machine consists of a unwinding section, a slitting device, a winding section, a transmission section, and an electrical control system. The detailed description is as follows:
(1) Unwinding section
1. Unwinding adopts shaftless unwinding: The unwinding mechanism adopts a shaftless central unwinding mechanism. The unwinding arm is hydraulically adjusted up and down, with left and right manual adjustment. The maximum load-bearing capacity is 2000kg, and it is equipped with a set of 3 "inch taper plugs. Even under full load, the operator can easily complete the winding action by simply operating the buttons, greatly reducing labor intensity, reducing winding time, and improving production efficiency.
2. The unwinding tension adopts 2 servo motors and PLC automatic tension control.
3. The unwinding adopts a universal source CCD correction system, which detects material edges and printing lines using CCD. It is driven by a servo motor, with sensitive response, convenient operation, and accurate tracking. Slitting device
1. Cutting method: lower round knife+upper pneumatic round knife, servo motor independent transmission;

(2) Winding department
1. The winding adopts a 3-inch inflatable slip shaft winding (suitable for larger thickness and multi disc cutting), with cylinder locking, easy operation, durability and reliability. Slip ring 50mm.
2. The winding adopts PLC control to drive 4 sets of 11KW servo motors to drive 2 slip shafts, automatically controlling tension. The tension is displayed in digital graphics, which is intuitive and convenient.
3. Cantilevered or full axis unwinding. Left direction discharge (equipped with discharge rack, arm length 1500mm).
(3) Transmission Department
1. The equipment rack is made of thickened steel plate, which is stable and reliable.

3. It adopts lightweight aluminum alloy guide rollers, with anodized surface treatment, which is beautiful and durable. The overall adjustment is achieved through dynamic and static balance, and the rotation is flexible and stable.
4. The feeding roller is lifted by a cylinder, and the surface of the feeding roller is plated with hard chromium after fine grinding.

(4) Control system
The overall operation is user-friendly, with a 15 inch touch screen human-machine interface and centralized control by Siemens PLC. The design of the operation panel, switch buttons, adjustment handle, logo, color, etc. meets the requirements of ergonomics and national safety and quality inspection standards. The functions of digital display, variable frequency speed regulation, intelligent fixed length shutdown, emergency stop, overload protection, etc. are all in place.
